MarkIOY is designed to keep your documents under your control. This policy explains how the MarkIOY apps and website handle information.
MarkIOY does not require an account. Your Markdown documents, workspace choices, recent-file references, and exports remain on your device or in the file provider you choose, such as iCloud Drive. MarkIOY does not collect this content for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
If you choose to use Image to Markdown, the image area you select is sent over a secure connection to the MarkIOY conversion service so that it can return Markdown. This is an optional feature initiated by you. The conversion service does not store the image and does not retain image-conversion logs. Image data is used only to provide the requested conversion and is not used for advertising, tracking, or to build a profile about you.
The MarkIOY apps do not use your information to track you across apps or websites, and they do not sell your personal information.
The MarkIOY website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. Google may process standard browser, device, and usage information as described in its own privacy policy. This website analytics does not apply to the MarkIOY native apps.
